    1 stick butter
    4 oz cream cheese
    1 egg yolk
    2 cups almond flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    3/4 cup powdered zsweet
    1 TSP vanilla
    1/4 tsp baking powder


You can also turn these into low carb jam thumbprints. Just roll in pecan meal, make a small depression and place a 1/2 tsp of low calorie, sugar free jam.

These need to cool a bit before you move them.


Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment.

Cream butter, cream cheese, and egg yolk. Add remaining ingredients.

Chill for at least 3 hours. Overnight is even better.

Using a tablespoon, dip out half full scoop. Roll into balls and then smash flat onto parchment.

I have a regular oven and these cooked beautifully at 350 for about 15 minutes.
