Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 tbsp tostitos medium salsa

Directions

Break egg into small bowl and whisk until frothy.
Add mushrooms and chives
Spray small frying pan with non-stick material (no calories)
Pour mixture into frying pan and cook at medium heat until entire omelett can be flipped over.
Flip omelette over and cook until slightly browned.
Remove from frying pan and add salsa.
