    Butter, unsalted, 500 grams
    Powdered Sugar, 2 cup, unsifted
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 8 tbsp
    Regular Coffee, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Arnotts Milk Coffee Biscuits (3 biscuit serve), 27 serving


Store in refrigerate until serving. Will melt quickly.


Use a 9 x 12 inch tray

Cream Butter and powdered sugar, add sifted cocoa and mix well.
Make 2 cups strong coffee, allow to cool.
Pour 1 cup coffee into a bowl, quickly dip each biscuit into coffe and lay on tray, five biscuits across by 4 biscuits, down.
Spread 1/4 of cream on layer, repeat for another layers, spread cream evenly on top layer.
Refrigerate overnight to soften.
Cut into slices 6 lengthwsie and 8 width wise.

Serving Size: Makes 48 slices
