A corn chowder with delicious flavor that is super healthy. A corn chowder with delicious flavor that is super healthy.
Number of Servings: 3


    1.5 cups Yellow Sweet Corn, (frozen or fresh)
    1 Red Bell Pepper (cored)
    1 Zucchini (whole, with skin, ends removed)
    1 heaping tsp Garlic
    1 heaping tsp Onion powder
    1.5 tsp Better Than Boullion Chicken (or your favorite boullion)
    Pinch of Smoked Paprika
    Pinch of Chili powder
    Pinch of Nutmeg
    1 Cup warm water

    - Salt & Pepper to taste, extra corn for garnish


Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend on the "Hot Soups" Setting (for a hot soup), or until all ingredients are fully liquified into a smooth, creamy state. Add extra corn for garnish.

Serving Size: Makes 3 1-cup servings
