    Mozzarella cheese 4 oz
    Parmesan cheese 0.5 cup
    Ricotta Cheese (part skim) 12 oz
    Ragu Sauce 2 cups
    Pureed Tomato 0.5 can
    Beef Chuck 12 oz
    Pasta - Lasagna noodles 14 oz


Combine Tomato Sauce, Tomato Puree, Ricotta cheese in large pot, simmer - add browned beef chuck.
Butter pan to prevent sticking, 3 lasagna noodles per layer - 5 layers total
Spoon Sauce mix over 3 noodles, sprinkle parmesan cheese, add sliced mozzarella - repeat for total of 5 layers,
No need to cook noodles, just add 1 cup of water around the perimeter, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees (F)
