    Quinoa Flour, 4 serving
    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    *Egg white, 1 serving
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Silk Light (Plain), .1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup
    Raisins, 1/3 cup (optional)
    Almonds, slivered 1/4 cup (optional)
    Chocolate chips 1/3 cup (optional)


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter, egg white, applesauce, vanilla, soy milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar together.
Sift flour and baking powder and then add to wet ingredients. Mix well and put small spoonfuls on a well greased baking sheet and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
