    6 Eggs
    1/2 cup chopped red peppers
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    1/3 cup grated parmesan
    1 link, chicken sausage, Trader Joe's, spicy jalapeno


Mix eggs. Add green onion, red pepper and some of the parmesan. Pour in 6 muffin tins. Top with chicken sausage and remainder of parmensan. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
