Ingredients

1 large apple, diced
6 slices of bread, torn into 1" pieces
1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 cup Egg Beaters Original
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Tips
Prep time listed includes the 30 minutes of chill time in refrigerator. Can save time by putting together in the evening and chilling overnight.
Directions
Dice apple and tear bread into small pieces. In a small saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar and maple syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Pour mixture into an 8x8 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with oil. Layer pieces of bread and apples on top of sugar mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk together skim milk, egg beaters, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread/apples. Cover dish and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Place baking dish on 1" rack in NuWave and bake on HI for 30 minutes.
