    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp salt
    2 TBSP butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 cup milk
    2 bananas, mashed


can freeze the extra pancakes to have later in the week.


Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. make a well in the center, and add honey, eggs, milk, butter and mix well. fold in mashed bananas.
heat griddle, and wipe with melted butter. Pour half cup per pancake and cook until done.
