Ingredients

    4 - 4oz cubed steaks
    2 tbs butter
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tbs paprika
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 cup beef broth
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    2 tbs flour
    2 cups hot cooked noodles

Directions

1. In 12 inch skillet, brown steaks in hot butter over medium heat for 5 to 8 mins or until no pink remains, turning once. Remove meat, reserve drippings in skillet.
2. Saute mushrooms, garlic, paprika and pepper in reserved drippings until mushrooms are tender.
3. Stir in broth.
4. Cook & stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, Cook and stir 1 minute more.
Return steaks to skillet with sauce, heat through.
Serve over noodles
