    Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Granulated Sugar, 50 grams
    Brown Sugar, 50 grams
    *Fage 2% Greek Yogurt Plain, 6 oz
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, .75 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    pinch cinnamon
    pinch nutmeg
    *Poppy seed, 2 tbsp
    Plums, 340 grams


Brown butter and let cool.

Beat egg and combine with sugars, whisking until completely combined. Add brown butter and yogurt to mixture (original recipe calls for sour cream). In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (everything else except plums). Add dry ingredients to wet, stir until just combined, and then fold in diced plums. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
