30 g Spelt spelt flour
Baking powder
Salz
10 gram Agave sirup
70 g Soya milk
15 g Amaranth pops
70 g raspberries
soy yoghurt
banana
raspberries
Tips
you can safe calories adding artificial sweetener - but as I've never been fond of them, I stick to agave sirup.
Directions
mix the spelt, baking powder, a pinch of salt with the agave sirup and soy milk. Add the amaranth pops.
put 1 big tablespoon each pancake in a non sticking pan middle heat. Bake for 4 minutes each side. you can drop a bit oil in the pan before - its a bit more tasty.
meanwhile take the frozen (70 g) raspberries and mix with the yoghurt so you get an ice cream
eat with the banana and the other raspberries
