    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
    1/2 cup cranberry juice
    6 TBSP rolled oats
    2 TBSP dried cranberries
    1 TBSP unsalted sunflower seeds
    1 TBSP wheat germ
    2 tsp honey
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients well and let stand in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
