    spray slow cooker with pam
    40 oz sirloin cubed
    1c carrots pealed & sliced
    1c onions cubed
    1 clove garlic minced
    1t salt
    1/4t black pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/2t thyme
    3 cans beef broth
    4oz can tomatoe paste
    mix above cook low for 7 hours then add below
    8oz sliced mushrooms
    3/4 c water mixed with
    2 to 4 T flour add to slow cooker cook for 1 more hour
