    use 6 qt crock pot
    Beef ribs, 1 lb
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 6 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels
    dried Beans, navy, 3 cup
    Water, tap, about 8 -12 cups
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *beef Bullion Sodium Free, 4 packs
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 3 tsp
    Barley, pearled, raw, 1.5 cup


add water to cover meat bones - cook on high for 3 hrs. once the boiling starts. remove the bones add everything else- and enough water to fill the crock pot and cook on medium until beans are soft 2-3 hours ( you can wait until the last 1/2 hr to add the corn if you want it crisper)-

Serving Size: serving size 12 oz mug - makes 6qt crock pot
