    1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
    1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit
    2 T. Whey Protein Powder
    2 T. Flax seed
    1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1 c water

You can use any type of fruit


Directions

Blend together fruit, flax seed, yogurt and water. When completely blended add whey protein. Pour and enjoy
