Introduction

Chicken Pot Pie without condensed soup and just as good as the full-fat version your Grandma used to make. Chicken Pot Pie without condensed soup and just as good as the full-fat version your Grandma used to make.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 tbs. Olive Oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 C. Flour
    2 cans low-sodium Chicken Broth
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from your grocery store
    1 can Crescent Rolls

Directions

Prepare frozen vegetables as directed by package. I used Green Giant brand.

In a large skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add 1 can of broth and boil. Once boiling, add flour, stirring constantly, add other can of broth and stir until the rue is thickened. Add other seasonings as desired.

Remove from heat, add cooked vegetables and chicken, stir and pour into a 9x13 pan. Top with crescent rolls and bake at 350 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!!!
