    1lb Turkey Burger
    1lb whole wheat penne or shell pasta
    2cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    1/4cup parmesan cheese
    3/4cup milk
    1/2t salt
    1/2t garlic powder
    1t pepper


Brown meat, add salt and pepper than drain fat

In sauce pan-low heat- add milk, both cheeses and mix until melted

Add cooked pasta and mix

Serving Size: Makes 12-1 cup servings
