    10 TBS almond flour
    5 coconut flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1 tablespoon melted butter
    2 eggs beaten
    3 tablespoons half and half
    3 tablespoons water
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Heat oven to 350. Grease donut pan.

Mix all dry ingredients very well, using a whisk to lighten mixture.

Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl.

Add wet to dry. Mix well. Let rest for five minutes.

Fill donut pan 2/3 full.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Serving Size: Serving size is 2 donuts. Standard baked donut pan.
