    1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread, (vegan)
    0.25 cup Onions, raw, , chopped
    0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    0.25 cup Mushrooms, fresh,diced
    Black pepper to taste
    0.50 cup Spinach, fresh, chopped
    0.33 cup Beans, black, rinsed
    0.25 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
    1 Flat Out Multi-grain pita,


To make vegan you can use daiya cheese or any soy based cheese.


Melt Butter in pan and add onion, peppers and mushrooms.Cook for 2 minutes. As the vegetables are cooking season with pepper. Add spinach till wilted and black beans to warm up. Sprinkle cheese all over Flat bread and add veggie mixture to one side of wrap and roll closed.
