    8 large eggs
    1.5 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
    1.5 cups diced green pepper
    8 morningstar farms maple flavored sausage patties
    8 slices italian bread - crust removed
    two tomatoes sliced
    .5 cup milk
    .5 teaspoon salt and pepper


wisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl, set aside.

grease baking pan, layer bread (cut into one inch pieces) on bottom of pan, crumble cooked sausage over bread, layer cheese and green pepper. pour egg mix over layers, add more green pepper and cheese, top with tomatoes.
