    Chicken Breast boneless, skinless, 3.53 oz
    Lemon Pepper, 1/2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
    Cumin ground, 1/2 tsp


Adjust cooking temp accordingly to your oven. You can also add a little water in the bottom of the pan for humidity, to keep the meat from drying out while cooking! You can also use olive oil or other oil to prevent sticking...but oven spray has less calories!


Spray baking pan with cooking spray, place boneless, skinless chicken breast on pan.

Sprinkle with Cumin, garlic powder & lemon pepper.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Serve with favorite veggies &/or salad...Eat & ENJOY!
