    1 package of Pacific Natural food organic vegetable broth
    2 carrots sliced
    1 small onion chopped
    1 small green pepper chopped
    2 medium potatoes cut up
    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    2 cloves of garlic chopped or dried minced garlic
    black pepper to taste
    1 can of dark red beans


put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for at least 2-3 hours.

Serving Size: 8 2cup servings
