    1/2 cup water (or more if you like a thinner smoothie
    coffee single
    banana (this can be frozen too)
    1 scoop of your Vanilla whey protein
    silk chocolate milk
    ice cubes


put all in your Nutribullet or blender (make sure to mix up the coffee in the water)... blend on high for 1 minute or until blended.... enjoy.
