    1/2 onion diced cook in pam till soft add
    4 oz breakfast sausage cook till browned add
    9 tater tots cooked in microwave for 2 min
    cook in pan breaking up tater tots and sausage
    mix 3 egg whites with 1 whole egg add to pan cook till eggs are done
    serve with salsa
