Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag frozen spinach
    1 tbs light olive oil
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 15oz container of part skim ricotta cheese
    1/3c parmesean cheese grated
    1 pillburry frozen 2 crust
    3c mozzerella cheese part skim
    4 oz proscuitto
    4oz pepperoni
    4oz salami
    1 tbs eggbeaters

Directions

preheat oven to 375. squeeze spnich off as much liquid as possible heat oil in a medium pan heavy skillt over medium heat. add the garlic and saute until tender. about 1 min. add the spinach and sauted until heated through. saesaon to taste with salt and peper. transfer mixture to a large bowl and set aside to cool. blen the ricotta and parmesean (1/3c) and egg yolk. roll out one crust and put in bottom spring form pan. sprinkle half of the spinach mixture then sprinkle 3/4c mozzerell and sperad half of the ricotta mixture, arrange half of the meaat on top and repeat to end with mozzerella. cover with other crust and bake for 1hr. yum
