This makes either one loaf of bread or 12 buns. This makes either one loaf of bread or 12 buns.
Number of Servings: 12



    Water, tap, 9 fl oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Yeast, bakers, 1 3/4 tsp
    Vital wheat gluten, 14 grams (2 tbsp)


You can use sugar instead of honey if you need to, but honey makes it nicer.


Mix all into bread machine on dough setting. Let rise twice then transfer to either one loaf pan or cut into 12 buns (in 9x13 pan). Let rise again. Bake 15 mins at 400 for buns or 35 mins for bread loaf.
