Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Macaroni 13.75 oz (1 box)
    Hunts crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
    Hunts diced tomatoes (28 oz)
    oregano/basil/seasoning salt/onion powder/garlic powder (1 tsp of each)
    2 lbs of hamburger 93% lean

Tips

This is a saucier recipe then you typically see for American Chop Suey. If you like it as it originally is then add a little more pasta.


Directions

cook pasta per package instructions.

Cook meat and spices until the meat is browned, drain fat, add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add pasta. Serve with parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
