    2 Cups Egg Beaters, Original or 8 eggs
    1/2 C Almond Plus-So Delicious almond milk
    12 oz drained fancy crabmeat, Pacific Pearl -Chicken of the Sea
    3/4 C Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 large tomato; chopped
    1 small onion; chopped fine
    1/2 C red,orange or yellow bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 1/2 C fresh spinach (cleaned and dried, ribs torn off)
    1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper


Please note that you can use regular eggs or egg whites in this recipe, but that will change the nutritional statistics.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir to combine all ingredients except for the grated Parmesan. Pour mixture into a deep casserole dish (quiche will rise during cooking) sprayed with nonstick spray or spray olive oil. Use a fork to ensure that all of the veggies and crab are submerged. Place dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove quiche from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Return quiche to oven and cook for 20 minutes longer. When quiche top has puffed and is firm & light brown, remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.

Serving Size: in a round casserole dish, cut into 5 equal servings
