My hubby's favourite smoothie My hubby's favourite smoothie
Number of Servings: 2


    2 small bananas ( I take spotty bananas that I don't use for banana bread and break them into one inch pieces, then I place them in a freezer bag to use for smoothies)
    1 scoop pure protein chocolate protein powder
    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Serving Size: Makes two large glasses
