    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Cabot Cheddar Extra Sharp 1 oz, 28 g, .5 oz


add salsa


Mix eggs, while heating a good nonstick small pan
Add the egg mixture and let cook for 2-3 minutes
Add the cheese. cover for another 2-3 minutes
flip and cover for another 2 minutes
salt and pepper to your taste
