Ingredients

    - one bunch of kale( cut into fourths)

    - one clove of garlic

    -olive oil for cooking(1-2 tbsp)

    - dash of salt and pepper

    -1/2 cap(tsp) of soy sauce

    -water for steaming

Directions

1. heat olive oil and cook garlic and kale(add stems first)
2. sprinkle a little salt and cover pan with lid on high heat
3. If still hard, add water and steam with lid on till soft
4. swirl the soy sauce around edges of pan and season with salt and pepper

Serving Size: about 5 side dishes
