    1/2 cup (80g) wholemean/whole wheat self rising flour
    1/2 cup (75g) white self raising flour
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    60g butter
    1/3 cup (75g) raw sugar
    1 cup (90g) rolled oats
    1 medium apple (150g) grated
    2/3 cup (160ml) apple juice
    2 eggs, beaten lightly


1. Grease 12-hole muffin pan.
2. Combine sifted flours and spices in large bowl; rub in butter. Stir in sugar and oats. Make a well in centre, stir in apple, juice and eggs with a fork; mix only until combined.
3. drop heaped tablespoon of mixture into prepared pan; bake muffins uncovered, in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes at 350 degrees
