    1 box stove top stuffing
    1 1/4 cup fat free chicken broth
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 medium finely diced apple
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    2 tsp ground poultry seasoning
    1 lb 93% lean ground turkey


Serve with a thin cranberry sauce as an appetizer. (Mix whole cranberry jelly with a little orange juice). Also good with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Mix stuffing mix with broth and let sit for a few m in til moist. Add in remaining ingredients and mix with fork til comined. Using a meatballer or just clean hands form meatballs, about 1-1/2 inch diameters and set on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 22 min or until cooked through.
