Ingredients

    5 chicken thighs
    32 oz water
    2 tbsp each
    celery salt
    thyme
    marjoram
    cilantro
    parsley
    sea salt
    .5 c diced carrots
    1.5 c diced celery
    1 lg yellow onion, raw
    3 32 oz boxes Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1/3 c Lemon Juice
    16 oz Medium Egg Noodle

Tips

I also add celery leaves


Directions

boil chicken thighs, spices, carrots, celery and onion in 32 oz water for 30 minutes
remove chicken thighs, set aside
add broth and lemon juice to mixture
simmer for 20 minutes
remove skin and bones from chicken and break into bite sized pieces
add to broth and bring to boil
add noodles and cook for 10 minutes
