    1 lb ground venision
    2 tbsp oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium yellow onion chopped
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 can fire roasted tomatoes
    1 can rotel (or tomatoes with chilies)
    1 can beef broth
    1 tbsp cumin
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp oregano
    1 small can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped


Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, venison and onion; brown. Transfer to crockpot. Add rest of ingredients.

Cook on low 8-10 hours.
