Number of Servings: 8


    2 lbs Lean Hamburger
    3 cans Chili Beans
    2 cans Tomato Sauce
    dash Garlic Powder
    dash Chili Powder
    dash Salt & Pepper
    Optional: chopped Onions, Shredded Cheese & Sour Cream


Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Spray 9x13 dish with cooking spray.
Mix tomato sauce & chili beans together.
Break up hamburger, put into dish, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Pour tomato sauce/chili bean mixture over meat.
Sprinkle with chili powder. (Add chopped onions)
Cover with foil, bake 1 hour, remove foil for a few minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and/or sour cream, if desired.
