    8 oz Rice Noodles
    3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
    2 tablespoons Lime Juice
    2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
    Sriacha to taste
    2 eggs
    1 cup of Brocolli Slaw
    6 oz Chicken Breast
    1 clove of garlic minced


Cook Rice noodles according to instructions for stir-fry

Cube 6 oz of chicken in 1 inch pieces

In a small bowl combine soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and sriacha.

In a large wok or non-stick skillet put 2 tsp of oil in pain. Cook garlic until fragrant about 30 seconds, add eggs and cook till almost set. Remove eggs from pan and set aside. Cook chicken till juices run clear, add broccoli slaw cook until tender. Add cooked rice noodles and sauce. Add in egg and cook until all sauce is absorbed, if noodles a little hard add 1 tsp of water until soft
