Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Free Run Eggs
    6 tbsp Liquid Egg Whites
    1 scoop Stevia Concentrate
    1 tbsp Dried Parsley
    1/3 cup Coconut Flour
    2 tbsp Half & Half 10%
    1 tsp Epicure Baking Powder
    2 tbsp Rye Flour (optional)

Tips

Note: Coconut flour soaks up the moisture


Directions

To the eggs, half & half , and liquid egg whites add the Stevia and whip in with a fork or wisk.
Add the parsley, baking powder, and the 1/3 cup of coconut flour. Shoud be a sticky dough - if not add slightly more coconut flour or some rye flour.
Drop in 4-5 spoonfuls to stew in a casserole dish and bake in oven at 400 F until top browns slightly about 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 nice size Dumplings
