Ingredients

    2 lbs Lean ground beef
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 Tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp salt

Directions

Brown ground beef over men-hig heat in a large deep skillet w. remaining ingerdients, breaking meat up w. a spoon. When no pink remains, remove from heat and drain any excess fat. Cool slightly. Use in Tacos, salads, Omlets, etc.
