    * Beans, pinto, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * 1 link of Chorizo Sausage 4"
    * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded
    * Mexican white Cheese 2 oz
    * Tortilla Chips, 1.5 oz (1/3 of bag)


Remove casing from sausage and cut into small pieces. Saute onion and sausage 5 minutes. Drain off all fat. Mix with 1 can of beans, drained, and mexican cheese crumbled. Spoon over nacho chips and cover with a light layer of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers and heat.

Serving size approximately 8 chips with toppings.
