    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 serving Egg white, large
    1 oz low fat mature chedder cheese


Makes 1 fluffy cheese omelette.

Add chopped herbs, seasonings or fillings of your own choice.


Whisk the egg whites to a fluffy white consistency, then gently fold in the beaten egg, salt and pepper and pour into a hot lightly sprayed omelette pan. When the bottom has lightly browned sprinkle on the shredded cheese and finish off under a hot grill.

Serve with salad

    I added some groon onions I eat it again it was little and it got me though my workout - 5/15/08
