    3 lg honey crisp apples chopped
    1 cup raisins
    2 1/2 stalks of celery chopped
    2/3 cup of chopped pecans
    1/3 cup + 1 Tbs of lite mayo
    1 Tbs of honey


Chop apples and celery in bite size pieces. Add raisins and rough chop pecans. Mix mayo and honey add a couple Tbs of milk if needed.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
