Ingredients

    Slice andouille into 1/4" slices. Saute lightly with no oil. Cook spaghetti until desired firmness. Toss spaghetti with olive oil. Add minced garlic to taste. Add in sausage. Sprinkle cracked red pepper over entire contents to taste.
