    8 medium flour tortillas
    12 very slim slices of deli ham
    1 cup 2% shredded colby jack cheese


If you use the salsa, be sure to add that to your tracker as well since it is not included in the recipe and calories.


1. Place 4 tortillas on work surfaces. Top each with 3 overlapping slices of ham.
2. Sprinkle cheese evenly over ham. Top with remaining tortillas.
3. Heat a heavy, medium-size skillet over medium heat. Add 1 quesadilla to the skillet. Cook until bottom is slightly browned and crisp, about 2 minutes. With a wide metal spatula, turn the quesadilla over. Cook until bottom is crisp and cheese is melted, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes longer. Set aside. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
4. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into wedges and serving. Served with salsa (optional) for topping or dipping if you like.
