    2 cups quick oats
    10 tsp of Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cups vanilla almond breeze (unsweetened)
    1 egg (lightly beaten)
    1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
    1/3 cup of dried cranberries
    1/2 an apple chopped (any variety)


combine all ingredients and bake in a 9x13 baking dish for 25 minutes @375
