Introduction

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/2 cup lite silken tofu
    1/2 cup soymilk
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 pkg stevia (or honey if you prefer)

Tips

Peel and slice Bananas in sandwich bags and freeze ahead of time so when you need one its ready for you

Instead of bananas you could using frozen berries for a Chocolate Berry Smoothie.

Add sprinkle of cinnamon to boost metabolism


Directions

Blend tofu, soymilk, cocoa and stevia in a blender until smooth. Add the banana through the hole in the lid while blender is running. Blend until smooth.
