This is a burger that I make in place of Hamburgers. The kids love it! This is a burger that I make in place of Hamburgers. The kids love it!
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb. Ground Chicken
    1/4 cup Cauliflower
    1/4 cup Broccoli
    1/4 cup Carrots
    1 TBSP of diced onions
    1/4 Bread Crumbs
    1 Lg. Egg
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Black Pepper

    1 cup of water
    1 TBSP olive oil


You can add any combo of veggies. We have used squash, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and many other different ones (as well as the ones listed). We have also replaced the chicken with ground turkey. Just play around with the ingredients and you will love it! óż


Mix all veggies in a food processer. In a separate bowl, mix chicken, pepper, garlic and egg. Combine the mix from the processor to the mix in the bowland add bread crums. With your hands, mix all together. Add 1 cup of water and 1 TBSP of olive oil to medium skillet and turn on burner to low-medium heat. Add burgers and cook through (approx 10-15 mins)
