    4 chicken breast fillets, no skin or bone
    2 slices of lean ham lunchmeat
    2 slices swiss cheese
    .5 cup of whole cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. Rosemary


Omit cranberry if you need to watch sugars.


Take a glass baking dish and spray the bottom lightly with a cooking spray to prevent sticking. Slice each chicken breast lengthwise down the side... to prepare it for stuffing. Basically, you want it to look like a pita pocket when you are done. Inside each chicken breast, place a 1/2 slice of swiss cheese, then a 1/2 slice of ham, then put 1/8 cup of cranberry sauce in and sprinkle with a half tablespoon of rosemary. Close the breast up as well as you can and if you have to, you can use a toothpick to keep it closed. Once all 4 chicken breasts are in the pan, bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until chicken looks thoroughly cooked. Serve with rice or a baked potato. :) Enjoy. :)
