    1/2 cup honey
    3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
    1 tbls cinnamon


Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Spread out oats on the pan. Place honey in a saucepan or up of hot water to thin honey. Pour honey and cinnamon over oats. Stir to combine. Place in over and bake for 25 to 30 minutes stirring once halfway through. When finished pour onto paper towel lined sheet pan to cool. Place in airtight container and store for up to one month
